Company KAPA Zlín, spol. s r.o. was founded in Zlin in 1992. Education, professional erudition and scope of long-term partners in development, determined the individual areas of activity that the company  KAPA Zlín, spol. s r.o. develops.

In 1992, the company developing, manufacturing and marketing of toys and mnemonics of EVAC material.

In the following years was mainly developed the production of polyurethane / PUR / products for health and so-called reha program. As the first polyurethane products produced by the prosthetic foot, whose development we are significantly involved.

In parallel with this commodity, the company also started manufacturing molds for processing polyurethane, vacuum forming molds, injection molds and smaller also launched the sale of horseshoes goods.

Research and development potential in society is gradually developed successfully handled by only a few tasks for the needs of the company, but also long-term cooperation in dealing with grant research projects for our business partners.

Company Kappa Zlin spol. s r.o. society has received five grants, of which two were research and development. With significant financial assistance from the state to be able to start production of special camouflage patterns for the manufacturer of automotive lamps, rear group electroforming technology, to solve the production seat and back feed into the dental chairs přetvarovaných upholstery and dashboard in the production mix and semi-hard polyurethane foam.

In 1999, the company enters the market with the production and sale of components for office chairs and a year later with the production and sale

Company Kappa Zlin spol. s r.o. successfully presented at international fairs. Several are represented at the fairs and Mobis Plastex in Brno, also exhibited at the fair Orgatec in Cologne.

Among the major activities also include professional publications and lectures of their employees.

In February 2000 the company was successfully certified according to ISO 9001 and received no TÜV CERT no 0910095420.

Today, working in the parent company Kappa Zlin spol. s r.o. Staff of 37.

In 2009 the company purchased the manufacturing and storage buildings with a total area of 6500 Square in the industrial area Toma Otrokovice focused on where all the production, trade and development activities.

The products our customers know the company not only in Europe but also in Canada, etc.

Among our priorities is not only comprehensive services - a model form, prototype, mass production, but also high quality production and adherence to agreed deadlines, regardless of whether it is a contract into several pieces or medium series production.
